As the Owner and President of Stone Creek Properties, Chris’s mission has been to bring a change to the full service property management and real estate sales business. Stone Creek Properties is a family business – started in 2003 with the idea that a cost-effective solutions, technology, and personalized client services would revolutionize the investment property management industry.
Chris has grown the company from 5 rentals into a large and profitable investment portfolio. With nearly 2 decades of experience, Chris has become an expert in all aspects of property management, investment properties, and real estate sales, Chris has used hid eduction and experience in engineering to delay investment tools that are widely used and help to provide expert, detailed analysis to institutional investors for the purpose of purchasing profitable real estate investments. Chris has been a participating member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 2005.
As Owner & President, Chris maintains the company culture with emphasis on respect, professionalism, and excellence within his team, signs up new accounts, and sells investment real estate. Chris especially appreciates being able to work with his family - in the family business. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, and the gym with his family.

Courtney joined the Stone Creek Properties team in 2013 as office support and quickly moved accounting and management support all the while demonstrating her skills dealing with the public and amazing work ethic. She was promoted various roles within the company due to her ability to adapt to the job and exceed job requirements. Courtney has used her customer service and communication skills on a daily basis. Courtney soon advanced to the role of accounting assistant where she supports both the accounting department and our property managers. Courtney is dedicated and organized in her work and always keeps a smile on her face. In her spare time she enjoys the company of her husband, friends and family, whether it is at a concert or in a movie. Courtney always has a cheerful demeanor when you talk to her and an absolute master at solving client and tenant problems.
Mindy Prestage

Mindy jointed the family in 2019 bringing with her an extensive background in business and real estate accounting experience. Mindy oversees the daily financial operations for both our property management and real estate business activities. Her focus is primarily on accurate, concise financial record keeping and reporting for both our clients and tenants. Mindy is a valuable resource, dealing with periodic audits from the Department of Real Estate (D.R.E) and reconciling financial issues that can occasionally arise from the needs of our clients. Mindy has been an invaluable resource for keeping Stone Creek Properties on track and in compliance.
